Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lash and Brow Professional. We take great pride in customer satisfaction and the quality of our products, Training and services.

Products

Return & Refund Policy Understanding that there may be times when you need to return something you’ve purchased from us, we’ve outlined our Returns Policy below:

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return any unwanted items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Items returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. Please check your package will arrive back in the time frame.

Any items received damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please send a detailed email to info@lashandbrowprofessional.com with photographic evidence of the damage. Upon receipt of the email, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For hygiene and safety reasons, any used or opened items will not be eligible for a refund. We strictly adhere to these guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.

Process for Returning Items

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lashandbrowprofessional.com for instructions.

Training and Ebooks

Training courses require a 21-day notice period for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your booking after this time frame, you will lose any course fees and booking fees paid. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

If you need to cancel your booking within the 21-day notice period, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will work with you to find a suitable solution and may be able to offer a partial refund or reschedule your booking for a later date.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the training course or for no-shows. 

Please note that no refunds are available for Ebooks and Digital Products due to the nature of the product. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Salon Treatments

At Lash and Brow, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that our clients are satisfied with their treatments. In the rare event that you are not happy with your treatment or experience any issues, please let us know within 72 hours of your appointment. We are committed to working with our clients to address any concerns and find a suitable solution.

Please inform us of any medical changes during your time with us, especially during lash and brow treatments. Your safety and well-being are our top priority, and we want to ensure that we provide the best possible service tailored to your needs.
