This natural lash primer is also a PH balanced that has the perfect balance of alcohol to prep and clean the lash lashes correctly for the lash extensions to be applied with out drying them out.
How to use.
After the lashes have been throughly cleaned and washed. Apply in tiny amounts with a spoolie to the natural lashes.
BEFORE the lash are applied allow to dry before applying lashes.
